CamperSearch.is (“the Service”) is a price-comparison website that aggregates camper van rental availability and pricing from multiple Icelandic rental vendors into a single search interface.

The Service exists to save travellers time. Instead of visiting ten or more vendor websites individually, you can enter your travel dates once and see results from every vendor side by side. When you find a camper you like, we link you directly to the vendor's website where you complete the booking on their terms.

By using CamperSearch.is, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CamperSearch.is is entirely free to use. We do not charge users any fee for searching, comparing, or clicking through to vendor websites. We do not add any markup or service charge to the prices displayed. The price you see here is the price the vendor charges.

Some outbound links to vendor websites may be affiliate links. If you complete a booking through one of these links, we may receive a small referral commission from the vendor. This commission is paid by the vendor — it is never added to your price and does not cost you anything extra.

The prices you see on CamperSearch.is are fetched directly from vendor websites in real time. The price you see here should be the same price you see on the vendor's own site for the same dates and vehicle — though minor discrepancies can occur due to timing, currency conversion, or dynamic pricing changes on the vendor's end.

CamperSearch.is is fully independent. We are not owned by, or financially controlled by any camper van rental company. No vendor pays us for placement, receives preferential ranking, or has editorial influence over our content.

While we may earn affiliate commissions from some vendors (see section 2), this has absolutely no effect on how results are displayed. Affiliate and non-affiliate vendors are treated identically — same ranking logic, same card design, same prominence. We do not boost, highlight, or otherwise favour any vendor based on whether we earn a commission from them.

Search results are displayed neutrally. The default sort order is by price (lowest first), and users can re-sort by other criteria. We do not accept paid placement, sponsored listings, or “featured” positions.

Vendor reviews and editorial content on CamperSearch.is reflect our honest, independent assessment based on publicly available information such as customer reviews, fleet details, and booking policies.

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate, up-to-the-minute pricing and availability. All data is fetched in real time from vendor websites at the moment you search — we do not cache or store pricing data.

However, we cannot guarantee that the information displayed is always complete, current, or error-free. Prices, availability, vehicle specifications, included equipment, and booking terms are determined entirely by each vendor and can change at any time without notice. Vendors may also offer promotions, discounts, or special terms that are not reflected in our results.

CamperSearch.is has no contractual, commercial, or partnership relationship with any of the vendors listed on the site. We aggregate publicly available information from vendor websites in the same way any consumer could by visiting those sites directly.

The inclusion of a vendor on CamperSearch.is does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that vendor's services, reliability, or quality. Similarly, the absence of a vendor does not imply any negative judgement — it may simply mean we have not yet added support for that vendor.

We do not vouch for any vendor's business practices, insurance coverage, vehicle condition, customer service, or ability to fulfil bookings. Any dispute arising from a rental booking is between you and the vendor.

CamperSearch.is does not process, facilitate, or intermediate any booking or transaction. When you click through to a vendor's website, your interaction from that point forward is entirely between you and the vendor.

We do not handle payments, store payment information, or have access to any booking details. We do not receive confirmation of whether you completed a booking, and we have no ability to modify, cancel, or refund any rental agreement.

Any issues with a booking — including cancellations, refunds, disputes, vehicle condition, insurance claims, or customer service matters — must be resolved directly with the vendor. CamperSearch.is has no role in and accepts no responsibility for any transaction between you and a vendor.

The CamperSearch.is name, logo, website design, editorial content, and source code are our property or are used under licence. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Vehicle images, vendor names, logos, and product descriptions displayed on CamperSearch.is are the property of their respective vendors and are displayed here solely for the purpose of identifying rental options. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CamperSearch.is and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• —Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated pricing or availability information
• —Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a rental vendor
• —Any loss, injury, or damage arising from a camper van rental
• —Unavailability or interruption of the Service
• —Errors, bugs, or technical issues affecting search results

The Service is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed zero euros (€0.00), reflecting the fact that the Service is provided at no cost.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that search results will be complete or that all available vendors or vehicles will be included. We make no representations about the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any vendor's services.
